Joseph Pilates
Pilates was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, a German-born fitness specialist, originally as an injury recovery method for dancers and soldiers. Our classes remain true to the Joseph Pilates techniques and incorporate all thirty-four exercises that were part of his original repertoire. Each class and position is modified to all fitness levels and therefore is suitable for beginners, whilst being adaptable to challenge those wanting a more intense workout!
